Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order provided it has not yet been dispatched. To do so, please contact Rudrakshology immediately after your purchase via email at rudrakshology@gmail.com or by phone, providing your order details.

Pricing Errors

Rudrakshology reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If you have been charged in such a case, the amount will be credited back to the original account used for the purchase, and you will be notified via email.

Credit Card Transactions

For all credit card transactions, you must use your own credit card. The liability for any fraudulent use of a card will rest solely with you, and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively yours.

Unsealed or Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package from Rudrakshology's shipping partners that appears open or unsealed, please do not accept the shipment. Instead, contact Rudrakshology immediately to report the issue for investigation. We will ensure the product is replaced without any additional charges.

Quality Concerns

At Rudrakshology, quality is our top priority. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your product, please email us from your registered email address at rudrakshology@gmail.com. Your subject line should be formatted as "Purchase Order No Quality Concerns" (e.g., "X123_Quality Concerns").

Upon receiving your complaint, a dedicated team will be assigned to investigate the matter thoroughly to facilitate a refund or replacement. Please note that this investigation process may take 3-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the concerns raised.
