Damaged or Broken Products

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please report it to us within 72 hours of receiving it. We'll happily replace it for you at no extra cost. Just send a picture of the damaged item to our WhatsApp support number, which you can find on our website.

Exchanges and Returns

Please note that we generally don't allow exchanges or returns for any products listed on our website, unless they arrive broken or damaged. We only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition due to the courier company.




Refunds

We process refunds right away once we receive your returned product or after an order cancellation. For domestic orders, refunds typically show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days. For international orders, it usually takes 10-12 business days.
