Damaged Products & Returns
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please report it to us within 72 hours of receipt. We'll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Simply send a picture of the damaged item to our WhatsApp support number, which you can find on our website.
Alternatively, you can initiate a return by emailing us at rudrakshology@gmail.com.
Please note: We generally don't accept exchanges or returns for products listed on our website, unless the item arrives damaged or broken due to the courier. We do not entertain returns for any other reason.
Refunds
For eligible returns or order cancellations, we process refunds immediately upon receiving the product or confirming the cancellation. Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-12 business days for international orders.
